A Note From Alicia

As a Plant Based Holistic Nutritionist and Hebalist it is my passion to inspire, encourage, and support you on your journey to discover and obtain your most vibrant health and wellness. I believe the key to vibrant health and wellness, through holistic living, is addressing ones lifestyle as a WHOLE, from interactions with others, your surroundings, yourself, as well as how you sleep, exercise, and what you eat. My goal is to educate, motivate, and empower, you to become aware and in control of your overall health and wellbeing by the way you nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

My approach is about getting you to living at your optimum level of wellness. I do not follow or promote new fads or short term, quick fixes, I believe that getting back to basics with a whole foods plant based approach works best for getting the body to good health.  Working together we get to the root cause of the concerning issues to create good health and wellbeing with flexible, rewarding, and most importantly realistic achievable nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I’m not only interested in the science of nutrition but more importantly, the WHOLE picture, your entire background, exercise, digestion, current lifestyle, and history with food on a physical, mental, social, and emotional level. There are many factors in one’s life that determine our food choices, health, wellness, and behavior. Nutritional support is needed to bring awareness to these factors and provide nutrition and wellness guidance that reflects their current needs and goals.

I do not believe there is one quick fix for all, my approach is based upon your own individualized food and lifestyle needs.  This approach is called Bio-individuality. Using this approach allows you to be involved in the discovery of exactly what it is you need to reach your desired health and wellness goals. Over the years I have found this approach helps develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for each individual. This discovery empowers each individual to implement lasting changes that improve energy, balance, health, and overall wellbeing.

My education and experience has equipped me with extensive knowledge in plant based and raw vegan nutrition, herbal formulation, health and wellness coaching, counseling, and holistic health management. Drawing on my skills, experience, and knowledge, allows me to work with each of my clients, one on one, to help them make, individualized, lifestyle changes that work for them and produces real and lasting results.
